General Terms and Conditions

General:
A good customer relationship is of the utmost importance to us. Your satisfaction is our priority and our core concern. These Terms and Conditions manage the transactional activity that occurs through business dealings with Horizonte Coffee Roasters AG. By purchasing any of our products you agree to the these Terms and Conditions.

Scope:
The Terms and Conditions apply to all goods ordered through horizontecoffee.com from the time of placing the order via the Online Shop to the acceptance of the order. Complaints must be reported within three days.

Updating the Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or amend the whole or any part of the website without notifying you and you acknowledge that we shall not be held liable by yourself or a third party for any such updates or amendments. You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms and Conditions to ensure that you agree to them.

Data Protection:
Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We undertake not to forward or sell customers’ data to third parties. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential by us other than for the information required to deliver the product in the delivery process.

Newsletter:
We use your email address of the ordering process to send you our newsletter. Apart from e-mail address, surname and first name, no further data is collected. The newsletter can be withdrawn at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link at the end of the newsletter. You will not be registered again for further orders.

Prices:
All prices in Swiss francs (CHF) including current VAT. The prices reflected on the website at the time of placing the order shall apply.

Refund policy:
The customer is entitled to return goods purchased within 10 days (from the date of shipment).

To be eligible for a refund or a return, goods must be received in their original packaging, undamaged, unused and in the same condition they were received by the customer in the first place. A receipt or proof of purchase has to accompany the return. Upon receipt of the returned goods in the prescribed condition, Horizonte Coffee Roasters will refund the customer the purchase price of the goods or exchange the goods with similar items, or items of the same value.

Only goods that are defective or damaged will be replaced or refunded.

For hygiene reasons this refund policy does not apply to goods such as cycling shorts.

All roasted coffee products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the product, they are kindly asked to get in touch with Horizonte Coffee Roasters and we will undertake every effort resolve the issue.

Only regularly priced goods may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs incurred by the customer in the original purchase of the goods and/or the subsequent return of the goods will not be refunded to the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original and/or subsequent shipping expenses, may be deducted from your refund.

Horizonte Coffee Roasters AG accepts no liability whatsoever for late or non-delivery of products resulting from a wrong delivery address, absence of the consignee, customs issues (export)-
